Last year has been a year of challenges for many due to the Pandemic, but the Real Estate market in Davie has shown no signs of it. In fact, the market has outperformed in many arenas over last year.
The Average Sales Price for Single Family homes sold in Davie in 2020 was $593,575; in comparison to the Average Sale price for closed sales for 2019, which was $524,097; which is a 13.3% increase over last year.
As of December 31, 2020, we had only 2.4 months supply of housing inventory, which places us firmly in a Seller’s market. In contrast, we had 3.9 months supply at the same time last year, (a 38.5% decrease in homes listed for sale) which still had us in a seller’s market but we fared a little better then.
